Delete branch "feat/explicit-models-frontier-guard"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Every subagent dispatch passes the resolved lane model explicitly (omission inherits the orchestrator's possibly-frontier model — now a defined dispatch error); frontier-class models are doctor-invalid outside implementer_high/reviewer_security/engine strong+review without the existing allow_costly_cheap_lanes waiver (smoke-covered, bash+dash); deploy-relevant lanes use non-closing PR references and close issues only after deploy_verify.
